Jim Morgan built a home for my wife and me in Paradise Valley, Arizona and we absolutely loved it for the five years we lived there. The outside was as beautiful as the inside and it was featured in Phoenix Home and Garden. The quality was outstanding and the finishes supurb. Massive spans of glass disappeared into the walls and it was difficult to distinguish between the outside and inside. The negative edge pool seemed to flow into the natural wash and the views were wonderful.​

During the building process, Jim was very flexible about the changes we continually made. He did his best to accommodate our wishes and the end product was just what we wanted. No item was too small for Jim’s full attention.

If I ever build another home in the area, Jim Morgan will be my first choice to build it. He is a fair and honorable builder and an honest and outstanding individual.

Jim Morgan has built three custom luxury homes for me over the years. The repeat business speaks for itself. 
I often say that he personally had more to do with capturing our wants and needs in the design process than the architects or designers. 
He was very hands on and willing to change and modify on the move. 
He also consistently worked long and hard at finding the best trades and a good price. 
Sometimes I felt he was too tough on the trades but in retrospect there was a mutual trust and respect and the Trades all performed. 
He was amazing at post construction call backs to rectify all the inevitable small issues. All done without hesitation. 
This was likely the most important reason why we chose to deal with him again and again. 
The three homes he built for us were all in the 10k sq ft range and all in Paradise Valley. The second one we lived in for 10 years and can say we enjoyed every moment.
